Health Advice For Busy Office People
Like most of us, you have to work for a living. Being busy working can cause you to easily forgot about your health and well-being. When you go home, you are too tired to do anything. The same technological advances are ironically hurting in a way, giving us a cushy lifestyle in a chair. Luckily, there are ways to squeeze in workouts. There are some little know exercises that you can do at the office that will make a change for you over time. They are easy simple, and best of all it can fit into your daily lives and you can do them during your work schedule.
Here are some office stretches for you:
There are office stretches to loosen up your hands, neck, arms, torso, feet; basically your entire body. When spent on the computer, your body starts cramping and your hands may be tired from all the typing.

For you neck:
Do neck rolls, slowly in clockwise and counterclockwise directions
For your eyes:
Close your eyes for a seconds and slowly roll your eyes pretending you are looking at a clock, focusing on each number on the clock for a 5 seconds.
For your back:
Your spine can be compressed from all the hunched sitting you have done. To change that, place your hands on your lower back and arc your back, stretching your spine and giving your back some relief, from all the nerves that are pinched together.
There are so much things you can do, mini-workouts, ways to get yourself to walk more, office yoga, good ergonomics, isometrics, and much more. I have just given you an idea of what is possible when it comes to office exercises.
