Free Colon Cleansing – Advice For Anyone Who’s a Little Confused
My guess is that you’re not looking for a “free colon cleansing”, but rather free colon cleansing advice.
Am I right? Doesn’t really make much difference, to be honest, since whatever kind of colon cleansing you want, you’re going to have to spend at least a little money.
Even if you’re just going for a simple change in diet, you’ll need to pay for the foods you’re eating, and you’ll probably need to pay a little extra for good quality, fresh foods too.
Or if you feel like flushing out your colon with an enema or by getting a colonic done, you’ll still need to pay for the enema kit or for the colonic irrigation.
Plus there’s some advice out there, in the form of professionally written guides and books, that obviously will cost you too. But then, that’s why I’ve written this article for you to read, because you’ll get some decent free colon cleansing advice!
I’m assuming since you came here, that you already know why you might need a good colon cleansing, but maybe you’re a little confused about what types you can get, and of course, how well they actually work.
Obviously, from what I’ve just written, you now know of some types of colon cleanser: diets, and colon flushing…there’s another type too.
You may not be so willing to try these, and there’s been some controversy about whether they’re designed to help you cleanse your colon, or to put money into the pockets of the companies that make them…but they are the ‘specifically designed’ drugs and pills that you can take.
These come with all the benefits of the modern pill; namely, they’re easy and quick to take, and with minimal effort on your part. But do these come with the downside of being less effective than other, more natural methods?
Many people agree, some think they don’t work at all (ie. the controversy I mentioned), but they are out there for you to buy if you want to.
But enough about that type of colon cleansing. We’ve also got the colon flushing equipment to look at.
There are some inherent dangers to this method. If you’re using an enema yourself, then you run the risk of infection from an unclean tip, filling yourself up with too much liquid (most enema bags have a safe max capacity, so actually this risk is almost non-existent), and…anal tearing. Yep, it’s exactly what it sounds like.
In a choice between self-administered enema’s and a proper colonic irrigation, I would choose the colonics. Although they are more expensive.
Our last option, is the completely natural diet changes. Though idea isn’t to change what you eat…well, it is, but the main point is to eat less, so that your body can take most of the energy (or all) it would normally use in digesting, to heal and detoxify the body.
The upside of this, is that your whole body (including your colon!) can be healed and detoxified, while the other two methods can really only work on the colon.
Which I guess, might seem pointless to you, since you came here looking for free colon cleansing advice, but if you can do a colon cleanse that makes the rest of your body healthy at the same time!…Why not?
